About me
Mlambo Senzo is a seasoned South African chef with extensive experience in top-notch culinary establishments. Born on 17th February 1992, Senzo is an alumnus of Durban University of Technology and The International Hotel School where he partially pursued a Diploma in Hospitality Management and obtained a Higher Certificate in Food & Beverage Management respectively. Senzo prides himself as a skilled culinary professional with proficiency in menu design, dish creation, plating, health, safety rules, and cost reduction among other sets of skills. His career portfolio includes working as a Head Chef at Kilindi Elewana in Tanzania and Hilton Sandton in South Africa, Sous Chef at 54 on Bath and Kol Izakhaya, and Chef de Partie at several establishments including Intercontinental O.R Tambo Airport and Singita Private Game Reserve. His excellent work in the culinary field earned him the Chef of the Year 2022 award at the Distell Inter Hotel Challenge.
