He has held senior management positions for over 20 years, including Group Financial Controller at Muyuni Hotel & SPA and Group Head of Finance at ZAS Investments. He is well-versed in various accounting software and IFRS financial reporting, with a proven track record in hotel pre-openings and team leadership. His experience encompasses a range of roles in several prestigious hotels and resorts across Tanzania, emphasizing his ability to drive financial performance and mentor staff. In addition to his professional achievements, Bryceson holds a B-Com Hons degree from the University of Dar-Es-Salaam and has completed various training programs in accounting software and financial management. His fluency in English and Swahili, along with elementary Spanish, complements his diverse skill set.
