About me

Marjune M. Gravino is currently a Housekeeping Shift Manager at Hilton Garden Inn in Kuwait, a position held since June 2023, after progressing through various supervisory roles within the same hotel since 2020. His responsibilities include training new staff, managing schedules, and overseeing inventory and expenses, demonstrating a strong ability to enhance employee performance and maintain high service standards. Marjune has a solid background in hospitality, having worked in multiple hotels across the Middle East, and has received several accolades, including Associate of the Year in 2016. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Hotel and Restaurant Management from Carlos Hilado Memorial State College in the Philippines and has completed various training programs focused on leadership, safety, and security. Marjune has also participated in extensive training sessions at renowned hotel chains such as Hilton, Marriott, and Fairmont, further solidifying his expertise in the housekeeping domain.
