Throughout his career, he has held various roles in the kitchen, progressing from Commis I to Chef de Partie, where he honed his skills in food preparation, quality assurance, and team coordination. Vivek’s educational background includes a one-year diploma in Hotel Management from the Continental Institute of Hotel Management in Kerala, complemented by practical training at Club Mahindra. He is fluent in multiple languages, including English, Hindi, Malayalam, and Tamil, and is dedicated to maintaining high culinary standards while ensuring guest satisfaction.
